The Fairfield Emerging Leaders Organization (FELO), pronounced “fellow” for short, is a young professionals’ group within the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce. FELO sponsors all kinds of unique networking events, professional development opportunities and nonprofit initiatives which you can meet other emerging leaders across a variety of fields.

FELO also believes in paying it forward to the next generation of professionals. Each year, it contributes a portion of the proceeds raised from membership dues and events toward scholarships for local high school seniors majoring in business.
